Why are my login / shopping cart NOT working properly?
Must have cookies enabled in your browser. Please enable your browser
cookies. For more information regarding cookies, please see ‘Online

Is my Credit Card safe to use over the Internet?
Yes, Why? Because INDIANLife® uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to protect
your credit card information. Secure Socket Layers encrypt all ordering
information, such as your name and credit card number, this information
cannot be read during transmission. Please see ‘Online Security’ for more
information.
What happens if part of my order is not available for shipping?
If for any reason any item in your order is not available for shipping
when your order is placed, then that item will be cancelled from your
order. You will not be charged for that item. You will be notified by
email or a phone call of the cancellation.
I forgot my User ID and/or password for account login, how do I retrieve
this information?
Please contact INDIANLife® by either calling (604) 205-9176 or email
INDIANLife® at sales@indianlife.com. Personal identification questions
will be asked in order to access forgotten usernames or passwords.
I have placed an online order and I haven’t been contacted by Indianlife?
When placing an online order, you will receive two confirmations of your
order from INDIANLife®, the first when the order is placed online – a copy
of the order – is sent to you and secondly, when INDIANLife® has processed
the order – a confirmation of the shipment order and shipping date is sent
to you. Both confirmations occur by email.
I have placed an online order and I haven’t received my order as of yet?
All INDIANLife® orders are shipped by ground service and take
approximately 5 business days to receive the order from the shipping date.
The shipping date is provided to you in the order confirmation email.
I am ordering from the United States, why does Indianlife require a
Federal ID Number or a customer Social Security Number?
The FDA (Food & Drug Association) of USA has a bylaw, which requires an
identification number for all American food shipments. Any businesses or
distributors purchasing from Indianlife MUST provide their Federal ID
Number and all individual customers purchasing from Indianlife MUST
provide their Social Security Number.
