1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Can Cooked Beans, lentils or Chick Peas, (or 3/4C Dried Beans, cooked)
1 Green or Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Cup grated Paneer Cheese, (or substitute cheddar, or non-dairy cheese)
1 Jar Indianlife Chutney of your choice
1 Bag (or to personal preference) Indianlife Chips
Grate the paneer, assemble cooked beans and other ingredients over chips, and broil to heat them up and brown a little. Note: Paneer cheese does not melt like cheddar or cheese substitute. Stack up your nachos, serve with your choice of chutneys.
