With summer season here is a meal that will enjoy with family and friends
Souvlaki Pita or Any Pita bread 4 -5 pcs
Jar of Indianlife Tikka Masala Sauce
1/2 of red bell pepper
1/2 of green bell pepper
1/2 of yellow bell pepper
125 -150 g of paneer diced cubes
Cut all veggies in 1/2 ” chunks
Slice onion and mushroom into thick pieces
Mix all ingredients to the Tikka Masala Sauce
Leave for 1/2 an hour for marination.
Take a non-stick pan and heat. Put all marinated vegetables in a single layer. Pan fry with little stirring till they get some brown patches roughly 2-3 minutes.
Once vegetables are done add paneer cubes. Mix well for a minute or so and remove from pan.
Warm the Souvlaki Pita bread on the pan for about 2 minutes.Turn side and leave it on the pan for a minute. Remove from pan.
On each Pita bread put vegetables and paneer on each end and roll it up. Serve with lettuce, Raita or hummus for dipping and lemon for zest.
