Black Bean and Jalapeno with Flax or Chia Wrap

It’s quick and easy to create a nutritious wrap in 10 minutes using our Flax Wraps or Chia Wraps

Procedure:

1/2 cup sour cream (can be low fat)

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder (Indianlife spices)

1 (15 oz) can black bean, rinsed and drained

1 small avocado ripe, peeled and diced

1 small Jalapeno pepper, finely chopped

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or coriander leaves

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 (11″) Indianlife flax or chia wrap

Combine sour cream and cumin in small bow;stir with wisk

Combine beans and next 5 ingredients in a bowl. Spoon 2 tablespoons sour cream mixture down center of each wrapper. Spoon black bean mixture evenly over sour cream mixture. Roll up and secure with wooden picks, if required. Cut in half and enjoy.
