Preheat oven to 375°F (190 °C). Separate chapati; set aside. Make 2 to 3 small slits in film over the curry portion for steam to escape. Place tray on a baking sheet and bake 20 25 minutes. Stir the rice half way through cooking time. Tray will be hot; use caution when removing from oven. Peel film from curry portion and stir, let stand for 1 min. Remove film from chapati; place on baking sheet and bake 4 - 5 minutes or heat on a hot plate for 1 minute or more each side as desired. Enjoy.
