Fiber-rich organic garbanzo beans onions and tomatoes are simmered in our signature curry sauce. Served with traditional vegetable basmati rice and our Organic Whole Wheat Chapati.
Bombay Garbanzo Ingredients:
Curry: organic garbanzo beans (chickpeas), water, onions, garlic, green chilies, tomato paste, sea salt, sunflower oil, corn starch , organic cane juice and spices.
Rice: Basmati rice, green peas, carrots, onions, green chilies, sea salt, sunflower oil and spices.
Chapati: organic whole wheat flour , water, sunflower oil and sea salt.
Allergy information: This product is manufactured in a facility which processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat and milk products.
Cooking / Heat Directions :
Microwave: Separate chapati;set aside. Make 2 to 3 small slits in film over the curry portion for steam to escape. 3. Microwave on high for 5 6 minutes. Tray will be hot; use caution when removing from microwave. Peel back film over the meal, stir curry and rice and let stand for 1 minute.Remove film from chapati and microwave for 20-30 seconds. Enjoy
Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190 °C). Separate chapati;set aside. Make 2 to 3 small slits in film over the curry portion for steam to escape. Place tray on a baking sheet and bake 20 25 minutes. Stir the rice half way through cooking time. Tray will be hot; use caution when removing from oven. Peel film from curry portion and stir, let stand for 1 min. Remove film from chapati;place on baking sheet and bake 4 – 5 minutes or heat on a hot plate for 1 minute or more each side as desired. Enjoy
