It is a maharashtrian dish and is delicious, nutritious & easy to digest. It is a split chickpea mixed with salt and red chili powder. To add more flavors, add dice up onions , tomatoes, partially ripe mangoes, fresh cilantro and squeeze fresh lemon. Must be eaten right away or it may go soggy.
Ingredients: Split chick peas, sunflower oil, salt, red chili powder, citric acid and spices.
Caution: may contain traces of peanuts and/or nuts.
