Masala Wrap with Chickpea & Wild Rice

Product Description

White and Wild rice with Chickpeas and chickpea noodles combined with mango chutney and very nutritious as its high in protein. It is delicious and satisfying with a spicy wrapper is made with organic flour and different aromatic spices.

Ingredients:

Filling: Organic chickpeas, green pepper, red pepper, onion, sunflower oil, tomato, salt, garlic, ginger, green chili, spices, citric acid, par boiled white rice, wild rice, filtered water, chickpea flour, red chili powder, curry leaves, mangoes, acetic acid.

Wrap: Organic unbleached wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, sea salt, vinegar, garlic, red chili pepper, spices and cilantro.

Allergy information: This product is manufactured in a facility which processes peanut, tree nut, wheat and milk products.

Directions to heat: As individual microwaves and ovens vary;these are guidelines. Microwave: Remove wrap from bag and place seam side down on microwaveable plate. Zap wrap on HIGH , cook one wrap at a time for 1 1/2 – 2 min from cooler or 3 – 3 1/2 min from freezer. Oven: preheat oven to 350 º F. Remove wrap from bag and place seam side down on baking sheet , bake one wrap at a time for 15-20 min from cooler or 40-45 min from freezer .Wait 1 minute before you bite, then eat away!
