This traditional North Indian dish features tender green peas and Indian style cheese (paneer) lightly sautéed in our delicious creamy sauce with fresh herbs and spices. Hearty brown basmati rice adds nutrition and a nutty taste; and we finish this meal our classic homestyle Naan baked with organic flour.
Product Ingredients :
Curry: Peas, paneer (milk & acetic acid), tomatoes, tomato paste, water, onion, ginger, garlic, sea salt, sunflower oil, citric acid, cilantro, corn starch, spices.
Brown Rice: Basmati brown rice, sunflower oil, filtered water, spices and sea salt.
Naan: Organic unbleached wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, yeast, sea salt, organic cane juice, baking powder and vinegar.
Contains: Wheat, milk

Cooking / Heat Directions :
Cook from frozen. Note:Individual oven times may vary .
Microwave: Separate naan; set aside. Make 2 to 3 small slits in film over the curry portion for steam to escape.Microwave on high for 5 6 minutes. Tray will be hot; use caution when removing from microwave. Peel back film over the meal, stir curry and rice, let stand for 1 minute.Remove film from naan and microwave for 20-30 seconds. Enjoy
Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190 °C). 1. Separate naan;set aside. Make 2 to 3 small slits in film over the curry portion for steam to escape. Place tray on a baking sheet;bake 20 25 minutes. Stir the rice halfway through cooking time. Tray will be hot; use caution when removing . Peel film from curry portion and stir, let stand for 1 min. Remove film from naan; place on baking sheet and bake 4 – 5 minutes or heat on a hot plate for 1 minute or more each side as desired. Enjoy.
