Thawed: As individual microwaves and ovens vary; these are guidelines. Microwave:Remove Wrap from bag. Place seam side down on microwaveable plate. Zap Wrap on ~1 Wrap at a time:1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Wait 1 minute before you bite, then eat away! Caution: The filling is very hot! Oven: Heat oven to 375ºF/190ºC. Remove Wrap from bag. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Bake for 5 -10 minutes, then serve. From Frozen: Heating Instructions: Oven: Preheat oven to 350ºF/ 175ºC. Remove wrap from bag. Wrap it in foil and cook for 50-55 minutes. Microwave:Remove wrap from bag. Place seam side down on microwaveable plate. Zap Wrap on ~1 Wrap at a time:1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Turn over. Cook 1 - 1 1/2 minutes.
