Brown Rice and lentil dal with brown lentils for crunchiness provide a quick meal on the go.

Ingredients: Lentil dal, brown basmati rice, brown lentils, water, onion, garlic, salt, sugar, citric acid, sunflower oil, mangoes, acetic acid, green chili, ginger, curry leaves and spices.

Wrap: Organic unbleached wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, sea salt, organic evaporated cane juice, baking powder and vinegar

Contains: wheat

Allergy information: This product is manufactured in a facility which processes, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat and milk products.

Directions to heat: As individual microwaves and ovens vary;these are guidelines. Microwave: Remove wrap from bag and place seam side down on microwaveable plate. Zap wrap on HIGH , cook one wrap at a time for 1 1/2 – 2 min from cooler or 2 1/2 – 3 min from freezer. Oven: preheat oven to 350 º F. Remove wrap from bag and place seam side down on baking sheet , bake one wrap at a time for 15-20 min from cooler or 25-30 min from freezer .Wait 1 minute before you bite, then eat away!

Caution: The filling is very hot.
