Naan is a soft and pillowy Indian-style flatbread traditionally made in a tandoor, or cylindrical clay oven. The dough gets slapped against the walls of the tandoor, where it adheres and bakes quickly over a burning fire.

Wheat flour (e.g. atta, maida), water, yeast, cooking fat (e.g. butter, ghee), yogurt, milk (optional)
Cooking / Heat Directions :
As individual microwaves and ovens vary, these are guidelines only. For Microwave – For soft and best results wrap Naan in a damp cloth and heat for 30-45 seconds. For oven – Wrap Naan in foil, place in preheated 425 ºF oven for 2 to 4 minutes. To Grill – For best results place Naan on hot plate 1 minute or more each side as desired. Use margarine or butter for extra flavor. Refrigerate or freeze the product after opening the package.
