Product Description

Palak Paneer, originated in the northern region of India, but variations are popular all over India. Palak, in hindi, means spinach so palak paneer is a spinach curry with sautéed paneer. Other ingredients include diced onions, chopped tomatoes and whole or chopped green chilies.

Cubes of paneer cheese in rich spicy spinach sauce and white basmati rice.

Ingredients:Water, spinach, basmati rice, tomatoes. paneer (milk, acetic acid), sunflower oil, ginger, garlic,green chillies, spices, sea salt, distilled vinegar, citric acid and herbs.

Contains: Milk

Allergy information: made in a facility that processes wheat, peanuts, tree nuts and milk products.

Preparation Instructions: Cook from frozen. Individual ovens are vary;these are guidelines only. Not recommended for toaster ovens. Microwave(1200 watt): Microwave cook times may vary depending on the oven wattage.Remove tray from carton and make 2 to 3 small slits in film. microwave on high for 3 minutes. carefully peel back film enough to gently stir the sauce. Heat for additional 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or untill heated through. Carefully remove film and serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 º F for 5 minutes. Remove tray from carton and make 2 to 3 small slits in film.Place tray on baking sheet on center rack of oven (do not place tray directly on oven rack). Heat for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. Carefully remove and gently stir before serving.
