Soft roti (also known as chapati) is a flatbread originating from the Indian subcontinent, made from stoneground wholemeal flour, traditionally known as atta.
Ingredients: Durum wheat flour, bran, water, canola oil, vinegar, salt, baking powder and calcium propionate.

Directions: Wax paper may be present for ease of separating this product. Remove wax paper before heating and eating. For microwave – for soft and best results wrap roti in a damp cloth and heat for 30 sec.- 1 min. For oven – wrap roti in foil, place in preheated 425ºF oven for 2 – 3 minutes. To grill – for best results place roti on hot plat for 30 sec. – 1 minute or more each side as desired. Use margarine or butter for extra flavor. Refrigerate or freeze the product after opening the package.
