Product Ingredients :
Curry: tomato, carrot, peas, filtered water, cauliflower, french beans, green pepper, red pepper,tomato paste, mushroom, onion, half and half cream, raisins, cashew nuts, organic cane sugar, sea salt, ginger, garlic, green chili, red chili powder, cilantro, coconut, sunflower oil, citric acid, turmeric powder.
Rice: par boiled white rice, wild rice, filtered water and sunflower oil, sea salt.
Naan: Organic unbleached wheat flour, filtered water, sunflower oil, yeast, sea salt, organic cane sugar, baking powder and organic apple cider vinegar.
Contains: milk, cashew nuts and wheat.

Cooking / Heat Directions :
Cook from frozen. Note: Individual ovens times may vary
Microwave (1000 watts): Separate naan;set aside. Make 2 to 3 small slits in film over the curry portion for steam to escape. Microwave on HIGH for 5 6 minutes. Tray will be hot; use caution and support when removing from microwave. Peel back film over the meal, stir curry and rice and let stand for 1 minute. Remove film from Naan and microwave for 20-30 seconds. Enjoy your authentic Indian Meal!
Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190 °C). Separate naan;set aside. Make 2 to 3 small slits in film over the curry portion for steam to escape. Place tray on a baking sheet;bake 20 25 min. Stir the rice half way through cooking time. Tray will be hot; use caution and support when removing from oven. Peel film from curry portion and stir, let stand for 1 min.Remove film from Naan; place on baking sheet and bake 4 – 5 minutes or heat on a hot plate for 1 minute or more each side as desired. Enjoy.
