Hot Garlic Sauce

Cooking time: about 2-3 min  Preparation: 6 min  Portion: Makes about 1 cup


6 Whole Red Chillies

6 Garlic Cloves

1/2 to 3/4 Cup Tomato Ketchup

4 Teaspoon oil

Salt to taste


1. Pound garlic, chillies and salt in a mortar and pestle into a paste

2. Heat oil in a pan till it is hot. Shut off the stove. Add the chilli, garlic and salt mixture into the pan and stir for about 15-20 seconds

3.Add the tomato ketchup and mix well.

4. Let it cool and use as per your wish
