Sprouted Salad with Indianlife Channadal

Are you looking for lunch ideas? Here is an easy and healthy dish, packed with protein and antioxidants. Mung bean sprouts are low in calories, high in protein and provide lot’s of vitamins and minerals. Topped with pomegranate seeds which are very high in antioxidants gives it an excellent taste. Indian life chanadal is also high in protein and gives it a crunchy texture.


1 cup mung bean sprouts

1 cup non gmo corn kernels (boiled)

½ cup pomegranate seeds

2 sprigs of coriander (cilantro) chopped finely

½ lime sliced

sea salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup Indianlife channadal


Mix the mung bean sprouts, corn, and pomegranate seeds in a bowl

Add sea salt and pepper, mix it all

Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds, coriander on top

When you are ready to eat, squeeze the lime and sprinkle the channadal
